Substitute Shortage

Similar to other businesses in our county-wide community, our district is experiencing a shortage of substitutes in multiple areas.

In the hourly classified area, we can use substitute custodians, food service personnel, secretaries, paraprofessionals, and bus drivers. (Note: The district covers the cost of training to become a bus driver).

In the certified area, there is a need for additional substitute teachers. If you have a 4-year degree in any area, please consider substitute teaching.

If you are interested in helping the district during the shortage, please contact  Lori Orsbon, Administrative Assistant (419-749-9100, x 4000), or me at (419-749-9100, x4001).1 am also happy to answer specific questions from individual inquiries.

Yours in education, Kathy Mollenkopf
Superintendent
