The Crestview kindergarteners, first graders and second graders showed off their talents during the annual Grandparents’/VIP Visitation Day.  Students were able to invite one important person to participate in a special performance which included music and poems, all performed by the students.  For most of the students, this was their first opportunity during the 2016-17 school year to showcase their musical and artistic skills.  Pictured are students performing their “Grandparents Poem”.

The Beginner/Advanced Woodshop Class recently built a wood step stool to aide Avery Beckham, a sixth grader in Mrs. Putman’s MH Class.  The stool was made from oak and has Avery’s name wood-burned on to the top of the stool. Pictured is the Woodshop class giving Avery his stool.

Crestview Fall 2016 Golf and Soccer Scholar Athletes were recognized on Friday, November 18, 2016.  These athletes earned this recognition by meeting required criteria established by the Northwest Conference:  Gold Level:  3.5 GPA and being a varsity letter winner, with Silver Level consisting of:  3.0 GPA and being a varsity letter winner.   Crestview Golf Scholar Athletes include Kaleb Myers, Brett Schumm, Olivia Skelton and Ethan Waddles as Gold winners, with Jacob Bowman and Caden Hurless as Silver recipients. Girls Soccer Scholar Athletes include Kylee Agler, Tommi Andersen, Hope Goings, Haley Harvey, Arianna Munoz, Salex Overmyer, Kara Strabbing, Alyssa Taylor and Chelsi Young as Gold winners, while Abby Clouser, Mary Mitchener, Alexis Munoz, Madison Tracey and McKenna Thompson earned the Silver Scholar Athlete designation.  Pictured are the golf and soccer Scholar Athletes.   Congratulations to all scholar athletes on their outstanding accomplishments.
