Members of the Crestview Soccer Team were acknowledged on October 27, 2014 at their annual awards banquet.  Athletes, along with their parents, met in the Crestview auditeria for a dinner and ceremony in which soccer players were recognized for their accomplishments and honors.  For the 2014 season, the coaching staff accredited a number of athletes with special awards.  Pictured are   NWC award winners: Lauren Schmid (2nd Team Northwest Conference); Amanda Cole (2nd Team Northwest Conference); Kylee Agler (Honorable Mention Northwest Conference) and Jada Preston (Honorable Mention Northwest Conference).   Special award winners include (also pictured):  Kylie Agler, Most Valuable Player; Amanda Cole, Go Get ‘Em Attitude Award; Deanna Wells, Most Improved Award; Kara Strabbing, Lady Knight Award; Jada Preston, Hustle Award; Abby Clouser, Coaches Award; Kylee Gent and Lauren Schmid, Captain Awards.  Congratulations to all the Lady Knight Soccer Players! read more...

Members of the Crestview Golf Team were recently acknowledged at their annual awards banquet.  Athletes met in the Crestview cafeteria for a ceremony in which golfers were recognized for their accomplishments and honors.  For the 2014 season, Coach Jeremy Best accredited four athletes with special awards. Special Award recipients include Jon Germann (Coach's Award), Mitchell Rickard (Most Improved), Connor Lautzenheiser (Lowest Average, 2nd Team NWC), and Ronnie Schumm (Honorable Mention NWC).  The 2014 Crestview Golf Team includes Jon Germann, Mitchell Rickard, Connor Lautzenheiser, Cyler Miller, Ronnie Schumm, John Bauer, Derek Biro, Ethan Waddles, Kaleb Myers, Brett Schumm, Kaden Hurless, Jacob Bowman, Kalieb Hanicq and Reba Ries.  Pictured are special award winners Mitchell Rickard, Connor Lautzenheiser, Ronnie Schumm and Jon Germann.

The Lady Knights of Crestview knew what they wanted coming into tonight's earn a share of the NWC Title with Columbus Grove.  With great enthusiasm, determination and focus the Lady Knights defeated The Bulldogs in three straight sets 25-18, 25-13 and 25-14. With the victory, the Knights are now 19-2 overall and finish 7-1 in the NWC.  The Knights will complete their regular season on Saturday as they travel to Hicksville. 

Leading the Knights were:

Claire Zaleski. 16/16 with 2 aces
Megan Hartman 12/12 with 1 ace

Crestview JV was defeated by the Bulldogs making them 11-7 overall and 6-2 in NWC. Scores were 22-25 and  12-25. read more...
