The seventh grade boys' basketball team lost on Saturday to the Spencerville Bearcats in the Wendy's final 50-34.  The Knights dug themselves a hole of 14 points at halftime and was unable to overcome the deficit in the second half.  Over the last 10 games, the Knights record was 8-2 and they finished the season with a 11-7 record.  Congratulations on a succesful season!

CONVOY—The Wendy’s NWC Jr. High Boys’ Basketball tournament held its final four games this past Saturday at both the 7^th and 8^th grade level at Crestview. 

In 8^th grade action, Lima Central Catholic defeated Crestview, 48-31. Spencerville defeated Jefferson in overtime, 50-49. The T-birds and Bearcats will match up for the 8^th grade championship game at 12:30.

The seventh grade boys' basketball team took on the the LCC T-birds on Saturday in Wendy's tournament action and came away with a 43-38 victory.  The Knights used their intense pressure defense to hold the T-birds to 27% shooting from the field to garner the win.  With the win, the seventh grade boys' basketball team improves their record to 11-6 on the season. More importantly, the Knights now move on to play in the finals of the Wendy's tournament next Saturday at 11am.

The 8th grade boys basetlball team competed in the semi-finals of the Wendy's Classic on Saturday.  The Knights fell to L.C.C. by a score of 47-31.  The boys finish a successful season with a record of 11-6.

CONVOY—The Wendy’s NWC Jr. High Boys’ Basketball tournament has its final four teams set to compete this Saturday at both the 7^th and 8^th grade level. Games will be held in both gymnasiums at Crestview at 11 a.m. and 12:20 p.m.

The seventh grade boys' basketball team played the Spencerville Bearcats on Thursday night and were victorious, 47-42.  The Knights trailed at the half by 11 points.  In the second half the Knights turned up the defensive pressure and outscored the Bearcats 31-15 to secure the win.  With the win, the seventh graders move their record to 10-6 on the season.  Next action for the Knights is on Saturday when they play the LCC Thunderbirds in Wendy's Tournament action. 

The 8th grade boys basketball team played host to the Spencerville Bearcats last night and was defeated by a score of 49-40.  The loss now puts the Knights at 11-5 on the season.

On Saturday, the seventh grade boys' basketball team took on the Ada Bulldogs in Wendy's Tournament action and defeated them, 38-29.  The Knights were able to get a 16-8 lead after the first quarter and then were able to hold off the Bulldogs for the victory.  The seventh graders used their pressure defense to force Ada into 24 turnovers for the game.  With the win, the seventh grade Knights run their season record to 9-6.  Next action for the Knights is on Tuesday when they host the Spencerville Bearcats.  

The 8^th grade boys basketball team beat Columbus Grove in the Wendy’s Tournament on Saturday by a score of 43-34.  The Knights will face LCC this coming Saturday in the Semi-finals of the Wendy’s Classic.

The seventh grade boys' basketball team played the Elida Bulldogs on Thursday night and came away with a 43-37 victory.  The Knights used a 15-8 third quarter to overcome a 1 point deficit at halftime to take the lead 31-24 after three quarters.  The Knights were then able to hold off the Bulldogs in the fourth quarter for the victory.  With the win, the seventh graders move their record to 8-6 on the season.  Next action for the Knights is on Saturday when they play in the Wendy's Tournament vs the Ada Bulldogs at 2pm.
